Oh pfft... I'm no angel. ;D But yes!! The hair and glasses are very similar. I love my hair. I used to hate it, but somewhere in the past five years, I realized natural curls are awesome.
I agree on the soups. I haven't had a canned soup in so long, but they are very lackluster in comparison. I am indeed making stroganoff tonight. I was too lazy to bother with shopping yesterday. Now I have the sour cream and stuff. Can't wait! I'll do a side salad with it too. |

Smoked pork belly and chorizo browning up nicely. Just look at the amount of fat I drained off it. Could have had a touch more water maybe. That's not fancy, it's simple. Orzo's really easy to cook, I wish it was cheaper ._.

Thanks Chi! Yeah, I shall be making good use of that fat! The first thing may be scrambling some eggs in it later. I'll add some spinach to that to make it less unhealthy >< I love baby spinach, but once the bag's opened gotta use it pretty quick or it goes soggy and yuk, doesn't it. At least spinach's annoying habit of virtually disappearing when you cook it helps with that, lol.
Might be worth you investigating orzo, Poet. It's a simple thing to cook with. Could use bouillon or broth instead of water to simmer it in if you're just adding it to veggies or a meat that doesn't ooze fat and flavour like I used. >< What kind of food stores do you have in your area? |

I like to get the big green garlic-stuffed ones like jelly has here, but I'll admit I've never cooked with those. I usually just stuff them into my face directly. [lol]

I made an Alfredo sauce to go with pasta, seared chicken breast, and sauteed rainbow peppers. Was tasty. [drool] I took photos but the lighting sucked and made it look all gross.
