I know, but see my point is, it that I HATE taking meds. I have depression as well though. The risperidal is for the bi-polar. D:
I don't take my meds like I should, I think I'm okay. My mom on the other hand, doesn't believe me when I say kids make fun of me, or I've been beat up, so she thinks I'm just saying everyone's out to get me and she thinks I'm a ticking time bomb without meds. So I don't know. D: If that was confusing my apologies.

I don't compare to what you have. But I do have diabetes. I knew it was coming though. Cause my mom has it, so the doctors said, either watch your weight or you'll have diabtetes. It happened. I can't remember the names of the pills I take. But I know I take Calcium pills cause I have low iron, and some spiroton and other ones. Also memory pills.

Mine has gone in the gutter, I don't really have a memory. =/ Atleast not when I need it most.

okay my medications I'm taking!

Vyvanse [i think that's how it's spelled.]
40 MG but i want to try 60MG and see how that works. I can focus, but i know i could focus more i guess. When i get off the medication pissing me off is a bad idea D;

Seroquel, once again i have NO idea how that is spelled. I take it for my bipolar and 300 mg STILL makes me tired all day. it's one of those pills that the smaller the dose the more side effects you get so i have no idea what's the max dose i can take. i really want to get off of it, i'm tired of being sleepy all day.

Acid reflux is caused by an allergy to gluten, which is a protein in wheat, rye & barley. Look it up! Anyways, if you make adjustments to your diet your small intestine won't be like a 70-year olds anymore...

Now, depression is mainly caused by a deficiency in the omega 3 fatty acids which decrease the amount of seratonin released by the brain... So to fight depression eat fish or flax seed (those foods have the highest amounts of omega 3's).

See, most things can be treated by healthy foods... instead of pharmaceutical drugs.

i can see where you're coming from
but there isn't a natural cure for the type of add i have, and the severity of it. trust me when i say it's bad enough to ruin any chance of me making good grades in school - or even staying in school - without my medication.

as for depression, some of it is genetic. so foods can't really help it.

and as a natural cure for bipolar disorder, hahaha good luck finding one.
trust me, it's not the simple i'm happy one moment and sad the next.
it's, staying awake for days, not eating, doing whatever in the world i do [i can't even remember half of my manic] and then suddenly changing into sleeping all the time, not eating still, and trying to kill myself whenever i'm alone.

there is no natural cure for that shiz.
