Okay, it all started when my former friend broke up with her boyfriend. At first I believed every single thing that bitch told me. Saying how he was a bad boyfriend and he raped her. When she was with him she said she wanted to do it! I listened to her every time she came to me to listen to her! I offered her advice and told her I'd listen whenever she needed me too.
So, on her exes birthday she decides to message his sister, who by-the-way is my ultimate best friend, telling her about how horrible of a boyfriend he was and what he did... 7 fucking months after they broke up! My best friend called me and was crying! What was I suppose to do? Well, I call up my friend, hoping to have an honest discussion with her, and as soon as I asked her "Why did you have to involve her in your relationship problems" she hung up on me! Now she has the nerve to say that she only has one friend , but I know he won't choose sides in this.
Now she wants to take this "rape" situation to the cops, and I'll bet my LIFE on it that her ex is innocent. I practically live in his house sometimes because his sister is my best friend.
I swear, I want to kill that bitch! She's starting unnecessary issues! I bet anything that she just wants to be center of attention.

What a crapy person. How old are she and her ex? Because if she's a minor doing things she shouldn't [apart from all that drama she started] she could claim rape @[email protected] I bet she's just one of these people who can't get over the fact that he doesn't love her and period. If it has been 7 months since this supposed 'rape' happened. It will be hard to prove even if it did happen. However, yes, I do agree. She is a total fucking bitch. If she is going to go cry rape when the rape (most likely) never happened.

Ah, this is a hard situation, one that I have been in may times with my 'best friend'. Since they are both only 16, and she waited 7 months to go to the cops with this, nothing will happy, or she won't even go to the cops to begin with. It sounds to me that your friend is seeking attention from the people around her. She could actually be going threw something in her life, or could actually have been rapes by another person, maybe when she was younger. Though I do not know your friend, I do indeed know mine. And even though I can not stand her guts, and she even makes me sick to be around her sometimes, I still am there for her. Reason for that is because I know her situation at home, and it is not a good one. Her biological father is in jail. Her whole family is drug addicts. Her 'step father' sells alcohol. It's just all around horrible. She is out all night, and sometimes for weeks on end. Her family does not care about her. You should try talking to this friend and see if maybe there is something else wrong?

Ive had this girl brit tell me things like this and it just got old really fast. I have to say that its just stupid someone would do that because they broke up. Is he dating? is she jealous? But about the one who claims to been raped. She sounds a bit like my friend. But my friend only lied for the sake of not hanging out with me, but she never told why, and she kept giving me dumb stories that changed from time to time, instead of just telling me straight out what was wrong so we could talk it out. But that doesn't belong here.

I bet that if there was any rape going on, it cane from her side. She is most likely the one that talked him into any sexual interaction, and just want to make a big deal out of things. No offense ladies. But it's proven that women have a stronger sexual drive then men, if that's what it's called.
And some take advantage of being women to make up sob stories for the police and give the ex-boyfriend a hell once they break up and such. And if the story keeps changing, she is lying. No doubt. If she can't stick to one story, she isn't telling the truth. If it was the truth, she would have no need to make up something at random over and over. Or she simply wouldn't forget what happened. If she changes her story, there was no rape, and she just keeps forgetting what it was she said the first time and then just make up something new. And if there was a rape, and she keeps forgetting what really happened, it might not have been as big of a deal as she makes it seem. Most likely just normal sexual interaction, but she goes overboard with her version of the story.

It's been seven months. It will be hard to pin him for the 'rape'. Rape cases are suppose to be reported IMMEDIATELY and to not wash the clothes that you wore on the day you were raped. If she really was raped she has to provide genetic evidence. Plus, making false claims has consequences both emotionally and record wise. And its obvious that she was lying the police aren't going to deal with a case they are unsure of if the woman keeps changing her story. Though I doubt she'd actually go to the police. People like that are more talk than action.

But in general. She is a total bitch.

I'm sure it's been said but if she goes to the police crying over rape they'll look at the story. It's been 7 months, they were together at the time and didn't break up immediately after unless you left that out. And because of how long it's been there is no way to say yes or no.

If they do anything about it they're probably offer her a restraining order or talk to them both. Your friend or ex friend I hope sounds like a bitch I would stop contact with her.
