May you please provide me with ways to deal with restless leg syndrome?

I find that stretching or taking a walk helps. c:

Oh, thanks soo much! At times though, that does not work as well, as I want it to, though.

just try to reduce the stress in your life, so your muscles won't spasm as much-keep yourself calm.
..that's weird..I thought I remembered putting a link here.. ..it doesn't say anyone edited my post..so...

I find that exercise and proper nutrition cuts down the spasms and stuff. Also, for me, getting a proper amount of sleep.

I did some research on this a while back, and it turns out that most people with RLS have an iron deficiency - so taking iron suppliments on a regular basis might help.

Other people have to take a walk right before bed time, or even get up AFTER they've gone to bed and walk around until things calm down. I'm told that stretching helps. Not just your legs, but your back as well.

This is going to sound really weird...but my mom read once that putting a bar of soap under your sheets while you slept would help. So she tried it and she said it helped a lot. I don't know if it was one of those mental things like "I've heard it work so it must work" or if it actually does work....but it helped her. She showed me the site she read it on and a lot of people seemed to think it worked.

i think i have this, but its sorta on and off. i dont have enough iron in my diet, so it would make sense. i think its more that i have a habit of sometimes shaking my right leg when im sitting and bored. i never really notice when i start shaking my leg, but when i do i usually dont bother stopping it. and sometimes it takes a minute of me thinking "hm...how do i stop this again?" XD but yeah, stretching helps, or getting a bunch of excercise so your all tired by the end of the day. i kick in my sleep no matter what, so that might be because of that. im pretty sure i have it in my right leg. and im babbling...XD lol

none really.
It's absolutely harmless, but sometimes people mistake it with other, more seriuos sleep disorders. If you think it bothers you, maybe you should check a sleep clinic? :>

Some people say that taking some extra minerals and vitamins help, others that more exercise is good, too :D
