An Obsessive Ex?!?! Help...(Sry so long..)
 

My ex-boyfriend and I split last year in early August after being together for about 5 months total. I broke up with him, but he still wanted to be friends (talk on the phone, talk online, etc.), but I told him that I don't usually stay friends with my ex's. It helps me get over them faster. But, Since we didn't really end on bad terms, I decided that we could still talk on the cell and online, but that's it...
He sent me poems in the mail, left me voicemails everyday, etc. He has finally stopped doing that, but left me a silver necklace with a heart on it for Christmas..on my doorstep O_O. I stopped answering his calls and he stopped calling.
But- Well, he won't stay out of my life! He lives in Lindale, which is about 45 minutes away from where I live. It's about 55 minutes away from my mom's workplace (hair salon). He drove all the way there to get a haircut and asked about me the whole time...He sent me a message telling me goodbye (a few times) but he always messages me again randomly. My family has blocked him on myspace...so have I. But he sent me one "final" goodbye message saying "I can't be a friend to you right now if you're ashamed of me..if the Old Jenna comes back or any Jenna but this one, let me know"...That was odd, but I thought that was the end bc he didn't message me for a week or so...but then...
He randomly messages me again just to tell me he saw my dad at his workplace and it caught him offguard...O_O. I don't know how to block him on that site but am looking into it...Any other advice???

Seems to me that he's misunderstanding you. Maybe he thinks you are still close friends??? I don't know. Instead of just blocking him, have you tried talking? Ask him what kind of relationship he wants with you, because he seems to think there's more there then you do, and he is hurt because I doesn't understand why you are ignoring him???

Anyway, I think you should to talk to him, be blunt about your feelings about how he's acting. Just don't keep ignoring him.

Get a restraining order? If you try to reason with him and he doesent listen to you you should look into that. What you told about sounds like stalking to me. I do hope you can get rid of him soon.

Yeah. I may have to...I guess that's my only option now.
