this is really awkward but i want to try.
i made this thread because last month, we were having a retreat. and before the retreat will end, all of us would have a confession.
all of us are preparing ourselves for it, and unfortunately, i went back into my room and took a bath, when i look out, my classmates are still waiting for their turn, so i lay down in bed and think about my sins until i fell asleep. when i woke up..
the confession was over!
i was so so frustrated that i didnt get to confess! i wanted to take away the burden of keeping these sins over the past few years.

and right now.. i'm just going to confess!
if you feel like confessing too, then please do.
you will not be judge or whatsoever, because we all have done something bad.

i'll start:

i committed the sin of premarital sex
i stole somebody away
and i deceived a few people for a reason but still.. its a sin...
i lied to my parents about financial stuffs..
why do i have to lie to them???

its a shame, and i am ashamed...
but at least... the feeling of taking it out is something... but still.
i would feel a lot better if i had my own confession to the priest!

I prayed last tuesday, that my mom's food stamp worker would get fired. does that count as a sin?

i dont really know.. but i think anything that you did that is against or would harm your fellow man is a sin.. T_T

i've also lied, stole things, cheated on tests, been in fights with people, gotten in trouble and enjoyed it. And so much more. I'm just stock full of sins. :D

but am sorry for it,, really,, and if i can atone for my sins.. i will do anything...

Yah, I'm sorry for a lotta mine. But I don't see the point in atoning for a sin, that's just gonna be repeated. either by me or later generations.

you have a point... but i dunno.. i just want to change.. really...

Yah, same here, that's why I just don't do half of them, lol. I know, not good enough, lol, but still, start small, and slowly they will mostly stop. :D

I wouldn't call some of those things 'sins,' anyway...some things just aren't that bad. Maybe there's stuff people would just like to get out of their system.

I've considered on more than one occassion cheating on my boyfriend (for the first time in any relationship mind you), because he's been ignoring me and not satisfying my needs. It's pretty sad that the person you're supposed to get along with and love pisses you off that badly.

I don't actually consider there to be such a thing as a 'sin'. There's just those things that are considered morally wrong, and those that are considered wrong, and ultimatley only the perpertraitor can be the judge of what they deem to be either right or wrong. But lets not get all philosophical shall i? :P

But, i would be guilty of:
Cheating on tests, stealing, the telling of lies, swearing, coveting others property, gluttony, hatered, lust, pre marital sex (which i really dont consider a sin). I guess there's more floating around that i remain ignorant of.

oh god! i'm so guilty of lust! i mean... i everybody just have these urges and they are just too strong... and i dont get why swearing could be a sin?

Christ is the ultimate atonement! You don't have to confess to a priest to be forgiven ;p only God can forgive because sins are against Him- not man. Praise God! He is forgiving and is all we need :3
