So i work at a place thats very stressful at times.. I found differents ways of dealing with stress in the pass but nothing seem to work.. I have a great boyfriend that puts up with my crazy stressed out time.. So does anyone have any tips on dealing stress or things that work for you???

Top Ways I Deal With Stress
1. hit the gym for an hour= i find my motivation is higher.
2.buy a punching bag and just punch the hell out of it=use with boxing gloves so you don't skin those hands.
3. go to the spa and get a relaxing makeover=not that anyone needs it but it helps relax you
4. buy insense and burn them
5. try yoga
6.go shopping
7.reward yourself for not killing someone that you work with= buy an item you really want

Find something that takes your mind of the things that stresses you, like walking, training, hot shower, solve puzzles or whatever feels good for you.
Practise breeding is good too, especially if you get panic attacks. Breed slow and concentrated.
Talk about it, try find someone to talk about your stress. Anyone that it feels good to talk with.

This is gonna sound odd but it helps me: Find I sign or something to tell yourself to calm down. Like I check my pulse when I'm stressed out. And when I do that I automatically become calmer, simply because I have told myself that thing is making me calm. It's liek I trigger I guess.. Ok this sounds really strange, I know. >.<

There are many things that can be done to calm one’s self down. I have found these to be the most effective methods that I have seen so far.

(1) To talk to someone about the things that are stressing you out.
(2) Find an activity that relaxes you (A) bobble bath, (B) worm to hot shower, (C) puzzles, (D) reading a book, (E) playing video game that allow you to take you stress out on other things then real people.
(3) Take up some kind of exorcising program (if you’re not use to exorcising try something simple). For example (A) swimming, (B) yoga, (C) dancing, (D) walking… and so on.
(4) Thy out some breathing exorcises as well as creating a “sanctuary” from the stress in your life. (A) burn indents or scented oil’s, (B) play a “CD” of relaxing sounds (nature) like a babbling stream, night sounds… and so on, (C) or both A and B.
