I Hate My Roommate's Behavior

I've been living away from my family for about three yeas now, paying for college on my own, etc. My other roommate (J) and I decided that it would be better if we got another roommate, since we have a three bedroom and splitting the bills three ways would be cheaper.
So enters 'T'.
T, when we met her, was generally sweet, seemed responsible and drama-free. I was away at an archaeological dig when she moved in, so I didn't know what a mess I was coming back to.

She never cleans up after her dogs. She said she'd only have one when she moved in, but she has two now. They're both small enough to fit in my stewpot and so poorly behaved, it isn't even funny. They litter-ally ate my field notes, causing me to almost mess up the entire excavation. There's dog poo all over in my garden and they've almost obliterated my strawberry patch.

Furthermore, she never cleans up the house, which is especially annoying after she's had guests over. She doesn't do dishes, or clean up.

She mooches food off of us. And literally whines like a dog when we say 'no'.

She's condescending (he family is soo Important and has accomplished soo much, but they can't even keep a budget etc.)
She wants us to respect her culture (Her father is Turkish), but blatantly disrespects J and I's culture (We're both Scandinavian and Native American).

She makes fun of J and I because I don't currently have a job (I'm a full time student, and worked for an archaeological firm over the summer) and J has graduated (and is working on taking the LSAT literally this week). J still hasn't gotten a job yet because her degree is pretty complex and controversial (feminist studies and pre-law). Instead, she volunteers at a women's shelter.
But we both make the rent each month, and have no trouble paying the bills without parental assistance.

T works at Walmart and has to ask her mom for assistance every month.

I just don't know what to do. I've gotten really grumpy and mean because I'm tired of her drama, and J says I'm being kind of a bully, but I just want her to pull her weight.

I've paid her electric bills, I've bought her food. All I ask is that she cleans up after her guests and dogs.

I love her as a person, but she's a terrible roommate.

I know what that's like. I have lived in 2 places and each time the roommate thing has not worked in my favor. my first household we had a 4 bedroom house with a garage in our backyard that was a seperate unit from the house. we had 6 of us living there. my boyfriend and myself took one room, one in each of the other rooms and one slept in the livingroom with reduce rent. so roughly we all paid $160 per month and the bills were split evenly. well drama struck and no one got along anymore, the house was left trashed because they were immature and wanted to get back at my boyfriend since he didn't pay rent but was assigned to keep the place up (basically our live in maid). it became difficult to keep up with 4 men (i was the only female in the house) and my boyfriend just gave up cleaning after them each time. bills began to be paid late because one roommate (L) refused to give up money or he would pay his portion and then a day later ask for it back. so all our utilities were shut off and everyone else packed up and left. i squated in my home for 2 months-no water, no gas, no power, hardly any money for food. all the mess was still there. all the furniture still there and hard for me to move since i'm freaking tiny! it was horrible. i had to drop out of school and got really sick because of all the stress and from how unsanitary i was living.

and for some reason i prefered that over my last roommates. they invited me to live in their home without paying rent or bills so that i can be closer to work and save up for a car. i cleaned after myself, was very quiet, gave them gas money when i asked for rides, gave them money for groceries when they said they didn't have enough for it, and even helped pay one of their bills. eventually they kept asking for money and were loud during the times i had to sleep. they would change the wifi password in the middle of my online homework sessions, and they were constantly arguing with one another (married couple). i was miserable. i don't think i've ever felt hatred for another human being up until that point D:<

i really hope it all works out for you guys. i say you should just kick her out. if it's gotten too hard to deal with and you're paying for her side of things anyways there's no point in an extra person.

Kick her. Just kick her out, and find somebody better.
She's not doing her part, so you have the right to let her go.
Is she a friend? Friends end up being terrible roommates.
