idk my mom is like. pretty homophobic and im here being pretty gay and having problems being able to tell her that im not straight ahah. my dad knows and so do most of my friends just. idk. :c

You should be the one to come out to her. But I think that your dad (are they still married?) is in a position where he should be backing you up and allowing you a means to tell her. Have you talked with your dad about your desire to come out to her, and your concerns? You might get some insight or even be able to develop a game plan.
