What's the deal?

Because I am not sure where else to put this
and this seems like a life issue for me, because it is rather stressful.
And this is something I do not like to share because I am very embarrassed about it.

Anyways, I think ever since I was in middle school, I always sweated a lot
and I still do. I often have to change my top and jacket because of it.
And I would like to ask if anyone has the problem of sweating a lot. Even when they do not exercise or anything?

If so, how did you fix it or sustain it?
Not just coat it with perfume and deodorants.
I use a natural deo because the ones in regular stores have aluminum in it and that
can cause cancer and I do not want cancer. They don't work as well but they do work.

I do not work or anything, as well as I do not attend school.
But I would like to be able to fix this before I do start working.

I take a shower around every two days because if I take a shower everyday my hair will get oily, but if it does help maybe I will? I am very clueless about this so I do apologize. [oops]

If it's as bad as you've said then a stronger deodorant may not work. As a quick fix there is a product called a Dress Sheild which sticks to the inside of your top and absorbs some of the sweat.

I would suggest going and seeing your doctor as there's various prescription medications and creams to lessen excess sweating. There's also prescription only deodorant which is far stronger than the strongest off the shelf one.

As you've said that it means you've had to change tops and jackets because of it, your doctor could refer you to have botox injections. The treatment lasts for about 4 months.

Bit of info here on Deodorants and cancer

Yes, I had this problem! I could be sitting completely still in a cool room, not stressed or anything, and I'd feel it dripping down my sides. I tried antiperspirants that said they were "prescription strength," I tried men's antiperspirants, and nothing worked. The only thing that has worked for me is Secret Clinical Stress Response deodorant.

Since I started using this, I haven't had a problem. No drippy pits, no soaking through shirts! A completely normal level of sweat that isn't uncomfortable or visible through clothes. But you do have to use it every day. If I skip a day, I'm immediately dripping again. But it works and it works well. I never thought I'd get these kinds of results from something I can buy at the drug store for cheap, but here it is.

Like HIM said, there are also solutions doctors can do for you, like botox injections. There are more permanent surgical solutions, but they're risky. The condition we have is called hyperhydrosis, if you'd like to do some research of your own. [:)]

If you sweat as much as I think you do. I'd suggest to shower daily. You do not have to wash your hair, get a shower cap or something to cover it. :)

I sweat so badly, I can walk outside in the winter and still end up soaked.

I absolutely loathe it.

Constant showers, constant laundry, all just to keep from smelling like stale pee or something...

I don't think I sweat that bad, but when I'm planning on doing something sweaty and I want to pull off a semi-decent look and not look like I was just chasing a train, I try to wear darker loose-ish clothes with open sleeves.

I don't wear deodorant or antiperspirant.
