Trying To Get Pregnant...

So my husband and I are newly married, we'vebeen best friends for six plus years so wwe've been kind of moving fast.... Well iI really want to be a mommy. For the past three weeks we've been trying to have a baby constantly... It came up negative. I've been watching my ovulation days and everything. I was so upset Iwas crying bad and still want to...

Help? Advice?

If this is deemed inappropriate iI understand. I'm just at a loss...

It must be hard to be trying so much, and it just not working out. But, it will happen keep trying and will happen one day. Also, if you are very worried about concieving see a doctor and they can discuss your options. To be honest, my sister is having the same issue, she has been trying for years and has been unsuccessful, but it will happen with time. I know it's depressing but it will happen. Good Luck.

I'm sure it seems like ages right now, but 3 weeks is not a long time. Even when you're actively trying, it can take several cycles to get pregnant. So don't stress out! That all sounds perfectly normal. [:)] But I agree with MedievalBeauty that if you want some good advice you should go talk to your doctor, especially one that specializes in pregnancy (an obstetrician).

My husband and I are also newly married and we've been talking about trying for kids soon. It's a big step to take, but it sounds like you feel ready. I wish you both the best of luck!

Three weeks isn't that long to have been trying. You need to work out when you ovulate which is about 12-14 days before your period, if your period is regular it's easier to work out.

Also if you have really heavy periods and/or painful periods, ie. can't move due to pain, go see your doctor it could be nothing just what's regular for you but best to find out.

I have to go through my doctor who my mom is a nurse to be reffered and both my doctor and mom are heavily against us getting pregnant... And its been about two or three cycles now but haven't actually started until this last cycle to kind of get the gist of my periods. He was just excited because I have some symptoms but it could also be that I'm going to start in like a day but I've been keeping track of when and which days are ovulation days.

Change doctor. Doctors are supposed to be there to help not to pass judgement on you, unless there is a medical reason for them to advise against getting pregnant.

Its mainly because I'm 21 and they feel I rushed into marriage.

But that's their opinion, and its up to what you and your partner want, not them. I would go to a less judgemental doctor, and ask for advice.

I think you're not trying to rush it. Everything happens for a reason whether it happens today or you have to wait. :)

A good friend of mine just had a little girl after her and her husband tried for almost 2 years. They were about to try treatments and everything but struck of luck she became pregnant. <3 Just hold in there dear. It's worth the wait I totally promise.

My experiences in this field (which isn't much) is that it takes a lot of time.

The most important factor is patience. Just because someone is fertile, doesn't mean that each attempt will be successful. There are many factors in your body that prevent the success of a pregnancy, such as the immune system, 2 tubes, etc.

My best recommendation would be to continue trying but not stress too much about it. Especially if it sometimes takes a while.
