Okay, this is less of an advice thing, but y'know... it is that too, but I'm getting a rant in. Fair warning.

Okay, my mother is 38 almost 39, she is in actuality precisely 20 years, 6 months, 2 days, 14 hours and 26 minutes older than I am. I'd break it down to seconds, but that was never documented, she wasn't born on a leap year and quite frankly, she's the neighborhood "M.I.L.F." I made the mistake of being a visual prop for one of her speeches in her college course about her subject of choice: Her oldest child. Anyways, I couldn't help but notice everybody was blatantly hitting on my mother, in front of me. A few of them were still not even 18, I think it's freakin' disgusting that these lecherous, hormonal pricks had the audacity to do that.

So I hit one of them, HARD and REPEATEDLY. I made an example of him, and humiliated him in front of all his friends because he got the shit kicked out of somebody a month older, about 50 pounds lighter and a half foot shorter than him. Now, by technicality, I acted in self-defense, he struck first while I simply provoked him. Everyone pretty much makes it a point to avoid my mom right about now, especially now that I've started attending classes, I've literally got mom at my right and about four seats in every other direction cleared out. I think I went about it the wrong way, so I think I might try to make peace with the guy...

So can I get some advice here?

Life is too short. If making amends with this guy makes your life a bit more socially bearable, go for it. How hard are things for you on a daily basis right now?

Compliment her, it must give her some sort of little happiness to know she still looks good after all these years--it would make any woman happy. Instead of hitting the guy (or guys) that are acting like pricks, why not just point out how rude that was? Or perhaps talk to your mom about it. Does she know it bothers you that much? Are you as pretty as your mom? If you are, then be thankful for good genes. If not...then might you be less upset at the guys hitting on her, and more upset at her for taking away what could be guys hitting on you.

I'm sorry if that last bit was a little rude or something but...that what it kind of seems like it might be...

As someone very nearly the same age as your mother, two things - if her mode of dress and the way she acts towards people encourages kids to hit on her and this bothers you, then speak to hear about it. Not accusingly, but in a "Mom, I've got a problem" sort of way. And thing two - consider that she may not be intentionally attracting this attention, and may even be embarrassed by it, but not want to hurt the feelings of the kids hitting on her? Without knowing your mother, it's difficult to say. Either way, you really should talk to her.

BTW - "after all these years"?!?! Geez, she's not on death's doorstep. And yes, we old folks who are over thirty do still like to look attractive from time to time. ;-)

I know how you feel...sort of. My mom is fifty years old, but she doesn't look a day over thirty, and some people say she could still be in college. She has rather large breasts and always wears low cut shirts and such. :/

People are always hitting on her, and it really bothers me. I feel like hitting them like you said you did to that guy. D:

I know how you feel!
Ugh!

Everyday I have to here,
-"Yeah, well Troy's mom is so hawt."
-"Have you seen her bewbs!?!?one//e/!?"
-"Troy!? How do you not just stare at her while shes sleeping with such an available opportunity?"

I want to punch/have punched someone square in the eye for that shit.

And they take it and accept it because they know how fucked up it is.

People are always saying how my mother is hawt and how she is such a milf. It just bloody irritates me, I am not jealous its just that its kinda sad when kids who are 15 years old are perving on her. And she milks it for all its worth too even though she has a fiance, I can see why it would make her feel good, I just don't see how its such a good thing thats all. Try not to take everything so personally is my suggestion and just try to ignore it all, walk away if it bothers you too much.

well i guess that could be bad and i sure your mother is cross with you. but i think you did it only to cause you love your mom and to tell you the truth my mom is the same in a way guys hit on her and i give them this look and then tell that guy off! and if he still bothers her i call my brothers in and they leave. my mom is a bit upset because we embaressed her but she is glad to know that we love her very much to be willing to protect her. so go ahead kick their butts no one should look at your mom unless she is single then its another case. she probably loving the attention. but other wise go you!

That is disgusting, do people really think that you would be looking at your mother that way!? I think if I were you, I would punch them. People are sick.
