Who here is ridiculously lazy and has a hard time getting anything done? Has it affected you negatively? Do you also get distracted easily?
Sometimes I have that problem. It's even hard for me to do things I like to do - but once I start doing them, I really like doing it. It's getting there that's the problem :)

I'm kind of lazy like that. It mostly affects my writing: I like to write, but sometimes I run into a mental block and then I don't want to work on that story anymore. It's gotten me into trouble when I already have part of the story posted online and people are eager to read more. :oops:

I'm the same way i'm so lazy that I don't want to get up or move i could lie in the same spot forever lol
I get distracted easily
my mom says I have a one track mind
but i do get distractly real easily its like i'm focused on one thing than it's like oh look a butterfly lol maybe not exactly like that but close
but exact;y when I actually get motivated to get up and do something I enjoy it
i'm real lazy but when I get up and moving I am completly hyper and energetic lol

I'm pretty lazy. Regular day plan:
Wake up (This is the hardest part)
Go to swim practice
School (I sleep during recesses..)
Come home and go on MENEWSHA!
Video games..
More Menewsha..
Homework (But easily distracted by TV or Internet..)
Swim Practice Again..
Train for a few hours
Sleep more. :3
Well...I guess when it comes to excersize I'm probably the least laziest person in the world, but when it comes down to school, homework, eating, cleaning, I'm THE WORST.
My clothing is EVERYWHERE in the house. Theres spiders in the bathroom from leaving clothes on the floor and not taking out the tampon-filled garbage (LMAO)
There are plates, cups and dishes in every room,
let alone food; I am sitting beside my apple from yesterday night as we speak. O.o;;
Homework = LAST MINUTE. Seriously, I wake up early in the morning before school starts and rush through it. D;
Cooking = I don't cook. D; Sometimes I'm so lazy I forget to eat. D<
YUH IM JUST AWESOME LIKE THATTT. >D

Wow....you sound exactly like me XDD
My mom is always nagging me about being a lazy bum and never getting anything done and not having any motivation or priorities or "initiative" (god how I hate that word now >____>) and I admit it, I am a lazy, non-motivated, messed up priorities, no initiative person. I hate doing things, even things I like. I'd much rather just sit around doing nothing all day or go to sleep or watch TV. But I do know that when I actually accomplish something like finishing a piece of artwork or getting my homework done or my chores or something then I feel really great about myself. The sad thing is though...I hardly ever actually get up and do those things unless I'm threatened to do them. Sometimes my mom threatens me that if I don't do my homework or chores or something then she'll take my car away or my laptop away and those're really the only two things that will make me get up and do what I'm supposed to...
haha, sad that my laptop is more important to me than my car though...
but then again, I've already said that I have messed up priorities :]

Oh my goodness. I do the exact same thing. I hate starting stuff, but once I actually do, I have a good time! I am horrible about my homework and practicing my instrument. If no one made food for me, I wouldn't eat. It gets a tad ridiculous.

I have the same issue. I solve it by setting a timer for 15 minutes and seeing how much I can get done in that time frame. Turns it into a game of sorts.

i feel that way a lot too.... and usually it is very rewarding in the end. It especially happens during hockey.. i love hockey and i don't think i ever said i hated or despised it.. yea it ticks me off sometimes, but the rewarding thing is winning the next game or doing something that influenced your team a lot during a game.. so yea... motivation is sometimes hard to get, but when you have a goal in mind, it heightens to a great extent.... thats how i deal with it and try to stay motivated as much as i humanly can....

Oh I ish so like that, especially with chores that I know that has to be done but I just can't be bothered with doing them. Its annoying and tedios. I hope you work your motivation out.
