Kindly explain to him the meaning of personal space and tell if he comes within yours again your going to phone the cops and report him.

If these two things are much to cruel for you I can only suggest telling one of your older guy friends, just make sure to tell them you don't want him to touch you, they'll straighten him out for you.

Not to be mean to you but your friend is just dense. If it makes you uncomfortable she shouldn't tell you to do it, she should be beating his butt into the ground! I've had to tell plenty of guys off for this one friend of mine, she's pretty and sweet but totally shy and sheltered. So whenever someone harasses her about stuff I step in and kindly tell them to step off and walk away.

You should have told him to back off when he was touching your breasts already. All you could have said was "no." If he continued, then he is assaulting you. You should have stopped it before it started. He is a seventh grader, your are a sophmore. There is a huge difference. (He is just starting puberty too!) Your friend should have stopped it for you too. You should stop consulting with him. Tell him that you only want to be friends and if he does anything else to you then it is rape. No guy should ever do this to you. (especially not a seventh grader!)
