OMG I am so freaking pissed. Today is officially the worst day of me life so far. I can bet you anything, there is still worst to come.
Today we (me and my family) went to this massive market to buy a new school bag. I managed to buy one exactly the same as my old one but a different color. I'm perfectly happy about that but that was just beginning of the day. Later on when I was carrying it around, my brother spilled tomato sauce onto it. So I had to go back and spend another thirty bucks on it.
Then we went to the pet store to get two new budgies. When we got home and I was cleaning their cage, one of them flew away. Just when I thought it was the worse day of my life, I got very badly steam burnt when I went to get some utensils for dinner.
But it wasn't over yet. When I had a shower I accidentally got soap into it somehow and it killed. I mean killed like hell.
After that I went outside to change the bird's water and I got bitten by a mosquito right next to my steam burn...
I mean can things get any worse?
Btw, what can I do about my steam burn. I can't find any ointments to soothe the pain or help it heal faster...

Wow, I have to admit, that does sound like a run of bad events from one to another to another.
My brother spills crap on me and my stuff all the time too >___<. Just a few hours ago, he spilled some ancient Capri Sun package that was sitting in the car (from forever ago) all over my leg and favorite skirt =/. Not that it made my day bad or anything, but I think it's just what brothers do; Spill crap everywhere xD.
Well, on the brighter side, tomorrow is always a new day and things'll probably get better. Or at least not be as bad as today (= . Just get some good rest and wake up tomorrow morning hopeful for a better day. Positive hopes and attitudes make an oddly huge difference :].
As for the steam burn, I sadly can't help you find an ointment, I don't know of any. Sorry =[. Hopefully another user here knows of one :3
Good luck on brighter skies tomorrow! ^____^

Aloevera might help? I'm sorry to hear that one of your budgies flew away and that you've had such a bad day.

There was this time me and my boyfriend got into a BIG fight and it lasted hours. and at one point we ended up nearly breaking up and he hung up on me for an hour. Then when i thought i couldn't cry anymore my best friend of all time called and i told her everything. Then i did something really stupid out of pure panic and she told me off and hung up on me too. . . so for one day i had no boyfriend or best friend. it was the worst day of my life EVER! I'm never going to get myself in that situation ever again T-T

I've heard that soaking it in egg whites will help the burn. I usually use vitamin E ointment, but if you don't have any of that...
You should google holistic cures for burns. That should get you some good options.
Sorry it was a horrible day, hope tomorrow is better and I hope your burn goes away soon.

Lidocaine is a really good local anesthetic for burning and itching. Aloevera can help too. The problem with ointments is that while they temporarily relieve symptoms, they can also cause the burn not to heal as fast.

Oh, yikes! Sorry about having a bad day, sometimes I have these kinds of days too :\. I've had junk spilled on me all the time. Unfortunately I'm not sure it was other people >_<. But still, tomorrow has room for improvement and you can look to it with new confidence and hope! About your steam burn thing, I'm not sure what to put on it, but if it's a blister, then I don't know. I think it will heal soon.

In all honestly I think you probably had a crummy day but I know it could be worse so don't worry too much over it. I don't know about steam burns but I tend to get grease burns all over my arms and hands (Like the whole top of my finger was blistered) and I use burn cream from work and it works well, other then that just ice and not touching it too much if possible.
Just know that in the grand shceme of things buying a new bag and all that is just going to be a minor problem, so don't let it bug you too much XD;

You have to run it against running water just as it hits you. Then you put toothpaste on it to soothe. Yeah your day have really been a roller coaster that I was even amazed that it seemed like a plotted story, Anyways, that's how we handle burns when it happens here at our house so I hope that helps you as well.
