Ok, so I do not know if anyone can help me with this, but here goes.

I left my home state for college one thousand miles away.
I had to leave that college because I had to spend three thousand dollars per year on a simple four year college that really is not all that special/
Being an out of state student sucked.

So I left and got an apartment with my boyfriend.but this is when I wanted to go into Fashion and Retail Management.
I attempted to go to the Art Institute Online, but they treated me like just another lump of tuition.
So I withdrew from my classes and left,
Now, having made the decision of what I want to do with my life, I want to open my own business.
Where do I go from here?
I have two options.
Technically three, but the third really is not an option that can happen.

1. Phoenix Online
2. Ivy Tech
3. Go back to the four year college (Ball State University)

The reason I am mad at the people at Phoenix is because the entire time I was looking into everything, the lady I was speaking with failed to tell me that the degree she suggested I get was only a degree for foundation, not a career. So I would have to attend an additional two years. (There is that lump of tuition again).

There is really nothing wrong with Ivy Tech, to be honest, the pros totally outweigh the cons by like...100%. I just will have a schedule and right now I really need a full time job to help pay the bills. Plus I will have to take a bus to the other side of town to go to class.

BSU is not an option because I cannot afford it.

So yeah.

Any suggestions?! T_T

That's a hard decision...

Phoenix doesn't seem at all too good to me, and neither does BSU. I'd go with Ivy Tech, but that's just me.

Yeah, right now that seems like the best decision too.
I just have a huge fear of public transportation, I think that is kinda what is keeping me from making a final decision.

Have you considered taking out loans or are you just flat out trying not to? I've had to, mainly because my tuition is $40k a year and by no means can my family or I afford it oO; But just getting one for the remaining years you have shouldn't be too ridiculous to pay off =3

Nope.
BSU is not very flexible with anyone.
I do not get enough in loans and grants to even pay my tuition.
That is why I cannot go back to BSU.
It is not because I am not trying.
I have thought about this for so long.
I have hardly gotten any sleep over this.
I mean this is my future.
I stayed up all night yesterday writing pros and cons lists for everything.

I just hate this because with the only colleges, they treat me like just another paycheck.
It is more than stupid.

By the way you worded it, Ivy Tech is the best choice.

Well all I can really say is go with whatever feels right in the end. You don't want to end up going somewhere where you aren't respected or treated wrongly.

Well I don't know if anyone can help me with this but here it goes, my boyfriend and I have been going out for almost 6 months he says things are too slow if you know what I mean. plus on top of it all I am a self injurer and he is useing threts to get me to stop and I don't think thats fair.

o.o hhmm, just my two-cent: opening a business doesn't require a degree. I live in the biz community. We Asians open restaurants, supermarkets, newspaper, design firms, clothing store, music stores, beauty salons...i'm pretty all the bosses i know have no degree o.o Heck, some of them can't even write English. Their business flourish so well, alot of them are multi-millionairs now o.O So i don't think a degree is needed, at all.
Just what are you trying to be in business for though?
