I can relate to liking things because they're cooked better. I absolutely despised green beans as a kid because whenever you'd get them in a cafeteria they would be gross and soggy, but now whenever I make them at home I love them because they're crisp and cooked well...they're also covered in garlic, but that's just me, lol.
