So I'm going to be baking up a storm here in a bit after getting my house all "spruced" up and, if I can figure out how, I think I'll post some of my cookies and such here!

Is anyone else celebrating the holidays with a no-judgement snack-athon?

I used to bake a lot for the holidays, but this year I don't even have a place of my own and I am staying with my daughter's family while I recover from heart surgery.
I am far from a festive mood, but I try to stay in the spirit enough for my granddaughter.
I am looking forward to seeing what goodies you bake up, though!

I've recently started to overcome my fear of the oven—still Very Afraid™ of the stove, however—and would love to bake things. Sadly, though, I haven't the supplies or permission. I did make some chocolate chip cookies, though. Those were great.

My mom and my self made some oatmeal chocolate chips cookies. last night all we had to do was add butter plus one egg. I got to mix it up with my hands. they came out pretty good for a powder cookie mix form Betty Corker.
