Is there any way to get a window to pop up whenever one of your subscribed threads has a post in it?

Right now I just keep checking the "My Account" tab. It seems to be the only way to check out what threads have been posted to. It would be nice if another window popped up, or if it showed in the upper right corner like the private messages do.

I don't think there's a pop-up window to tell you which thread has been posted in. I'll have to check to make sure, but as far as I know, the My Account button is the only way to look.

My sister had a cat named Sebby... not short for Sebastian though. Sebby was my Mom's maiden name... anglicized version of Saebo (where the a and e are together) - the name her grandparents had over in the "old country".

Aw, roommate problems? My friend gets a lot of that. One of them actually tried to blame ME for the horrible mess they leave behind wherever they go, but of course, my friend stood up for me.

Its mostly because my roommate smokes and I am trying to quit. He still smokes in front of me and it makes it hard since I am quitting cold turkey

Platinum, that's a really bad roomie situation. One of mine is pretty lazy, and just sits around doing nothing because even though she was fired from her job in October, she's not looking for a job--she's "taking this time to figure out what she really wants to do with her life." At 30 years old and responsible for 1/3 of rent and utilities, she can figure that out while she's earning some money! Or at least cleaning up after herself.

Eek. I've never been fond of smoking. The smell makes my head hurt when I pass a smoker by DX

Ugh. that sounds horrible! Right now I'm dependent on my parents, but I seriously can't afford to live on my own right now. Tuition at school is 30K a year, books are about 300 altogether (not too bad, actually) but art supplies are almost 1000 dollars per semester! There's no way I can afford all that, even with scholarships. I don't even have time to work! I'm hoping to maybe start selling prints of my artwork.
