The Host, by Stephenie Meyer. It's amazing. Nothing at all like Twilight, which is full of fluff.
I'm so hooked. It's a 600 page book. I would be drawing right now, but I just can't stop reading! |
I'm reading the third book for Twilight. I like it so far, it is a little fluffy but sometimes fluff is okay it makes for a quick read. Have you read any of Laurell K. Hamilton's books?

Well she has two series that are very good. Anita Blake is about vamires and the like. Merry Gentry is fairies and such but it is not frilly fairies.

I've got my sash finally... kinda splashy maybe? I love to read also... quite a few different kinds. I like Stephen King... but sometimes he's too scary for me. The Stand is the greatest. I also like some of the Science Fantasy. If you ever get a chance, check out Mercedes Lackey... anything she writes it really good if you like the genre. For pure fun reading, try the Shopaholic series...can't think of the author's name, but her books are pure enjoyment. |
