ah...I feel so sorry for you all with the cold. I just *hate* having a cold!

I've been sooo lucky this year. We went up to MN/ND for Christmas, and my relatives there were all coming down with colds. Yet somehow I managed to scrape by and not catch anything (I washed my hands a LOT).

Right now, I'm on Mom's old "drink and pee" plan. To flush the germs out. Does that even make sense?

Well, lots of fluids are important. To keep from getting dehydrated.

I don't know about the flushing the germs out part tho....

It's weird, but it tends to work for me when I'm sick. Especially when I drink tea and soup.

A nice cup of hot tea cures so many things...

(I think I'll go have a cup right now in fact)

Republic of Tea has a Mango Ceylon that I really like. Even the decaf version is good.

I buy my Earl Grey from Gevalia online. I've tried all the other earl greys, but like the Gevalia best.

I'm so un-picky about my teas. Except I hate how some decaf ones taste all chemically.

That's what I like about this Republic of Tea Mango Ceylon. It doesn't *taste* like a decaf!

The naturally decaffinated ones like the herbal teas would probably be better for you though. Especially when you're sick. Herbal teas are supposed to help.

They have like, a Tea Bar with all these shelves of every type of tea you can imagine. It's fantastic!
They're all original blends too. They even make a tea that tastes of chocolate!
