I've heard that there are some really good videos on yoga. It wouldn't cost much to give it a try yourself at home. The only thing you'd be missing is the instructor who would be able to see when you're doing the positions wrong, and could correct you.
Waaaaaah! :gonk: I missed the Yoga class!! First, it was hard to find a parking spot in time! Then, we had to swipe our ID cards to get into the center/building, and a lot of people were trying to come in at the same time. THEN, the classroom was already full when I got there. ='( They only accept 20 people. *sigh* I'm going to try again for Wednesday, and I'm going to get there half an hour early this time! >O
I have one video, and it's already gotten boring. I don't like doing the same sequence of poses every time. I'll have to have a selection of them to spice things up sometimes. I don't mind doing the same poses, I just want to do them in varied orders and mixed in with new ones sometimes. And, I like knowing that I'm doing the pose right. Besides, I don't have a hard floor I can work on. It's all carpet except for the kitchen and bathroom, and I'm not about to stretch out on my apartment kitchen OR bathroom floor. |
I have a yoga training programme thing for my Nintendo DS that I'm going to try over summer. I've done it a little but not properly. It has sounds that tell you when you're meant to breath in and out.
The Wii Fit has this ocean wave sound that signifies the breathing pattern, but it's too slow for me to function! My lungs are too small to take in air for that long. I do it anyway, but I breathe on my own pattern. I can't do it as much as I did over the winter break because I'm out of town for school. But I'm going to try to go down this weekend and get my exercise in. =)
Yeah, the DS one is like that it says I'm meant to breath in for ages and it has a breathing practice thing where you tap when you stop breathing in and it constantly tells me "too short" :gonk: I just can't do it, I'm trying to slow down the rate I breath in see if that helps.
I want wii fit but I can't get it. |
Because it costs too much, or because it's always flying off the shelves!? My mom bought a second Wii just because she found another one. It took her forever to find the first one.
Both really, I'm saving my Game card points to help me pay for it so when I can eventually afford it I'll get it when they have it.
Yeah, I noticed how popular the Wii game systems are... I dunno, I never cared for them though...I like the playstation and xbox way better.
It's more of a system for parties or lots of siblings than solo play. Unless you have the Wii Fit or enjoy that Mario Bros. Brawl game, then it doesn't seem too appealing. I got my own controller for when I go places and there's a chance they'd have a system with no controller for me. xD Have you ever heard of anyone else doing that?
It is very more than one person orientated, I do have some games that are for one person including smash brother brawl which I love.
I have tomb raider underworld for it as well, it's not that bad except the camera angle gets really irritating especially at one bit where it's so horrible you can't move it to see where you're meant to be jumping to and it takes like 20 attempts because she keeps plummeting to her death. That and some of the aspects which use the motion sensor part of the wii seem to just be crowbarred in without any real need for them. I've got a PS2 and Xbox, I don't really like the PS2 that much I can't really get used to the controller the xbox one is so much better to me. |
o3o; I never was much for games that went beyond me pressing little arrow keys and taking turns attacking. xD; Nevermind me getting up and trying to control it for myself. That's waaaay too 3D for me.

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven't really checked in.. XD
Hello Platinum~ Whats up?
I see Anna, I really like 3d games... |
I think I should fill out my FAFSA today. XD Later... Like at 7. Right now I'm so proud that I did my HW for today >w<
What kinda hw Platinum? Thats good... I need to fill out the FAFSA form again too. haha.
Reading HW for my Modern Art History class. It's pretty interesting. I just don't like thinking of reading as something I HAVE to do. I like reading >////<

I want to play sometimes, but those achievements, and that online play, man... It's addictive. I most likely would not be interested at all in Left 4 Dead if it was on PS2 and I couldn't play with people online. I still don't know how to get that thing on the Internet, and I doubt that many people would be online to play with me anyway. It makes me wonder if I'd still want the Dreamcast. Yes, it has slots to play with three other players, which I love, but they have to be there to play with me! I don't think Dreamcast has an online feature, and I don't have that many gamer friends. My fiance gave me his old Dreamcast, so now I have to get some controllers, memory cards (love those things), and the games before they all become obsolete, unless I can steal them from my brother, who is just letting them collect dust!! XO ... But will it be worth it? Will I stray away from XBox Live long enough to play my Dreamcast games? |
ME TOO! When I move out of these apartments, I'm SO getting one!! Either that or a fluffy puppy that will remain fluffy throughout it's adult years.
I miss having pets. I'm sure I'm old, mature, and responsible enough to handle one on my own now. When I was younger... maybe elementary school, I had a dog because its mother left it in our bushes twice, but my mom ended up taking care of it because I only wanted to play with it and feed it sometimes. I'm all up for it now. |
I'm sort of in that stage of just having the pet myself. However, I'm trying to get myself out of it. Though I guess I was discouraged when my Beta Fish died. A traumatic event happened with me and that Beta Fish, so I was motivated to feed it and clean it and take care of it. Then it died, which kind of killed my motivation to take care of my pets. ._.;

Aww, it's too bad they have such short lifespans.
Aaaaah I need to fill out my FAFSA....once I get my W-2s in, that is.
I don't know how all this works. I'm new to being 21.
Ok, well, I'm still a dependent, but I have a job at my school. I started to fill out a FAFSA, but because I'm a dependent of my rich ass mom I won't be approved for any help. When I got my first W-2 form in the mail, I didn't know what to do with it. I still don't know. We don't have to turn it back in or anything, do we? I hate taxes. It makes me feel young shoved into the old people world. tehehe |
