Whoo, lawdeh. That was hectic. Anybody else just got done posting like a mad woman/man in the Celes Paradi thing to get event items or gold for commons?

I was posting like crazy. I needed one more star, and I just got it when everything shut down.
So there I was with 30 stars ready to buy something.
I should have just bought one of the lyres and been done with it.

Oh well!

Lol, yeah. The timing sucks. If it was in real life, I'm sure the cashiers would have had a heart and gave us a little extra time being that we were RIGHT THERE ! DX

That happened to me at the February thing, only it was with the commons. I think I found the thing at the minute, and clicked buy, and then when I confirmed it, it said it was closed. :sarcasm:

Yeah... people here are really nice, but I guess they have to know me better... I'm still a newbie... nobody gives stuff to newbies who maybe doesn't stay long... ^^

A few people try to make sure the newbies stay before giving them things that can't be re-bought, but there are a lot of generous people here ^^

I usually get extra event items to give to newbies that join after the event, I only managed 3 extra items this time though. :XD I only started doing it at Christmas because I had tons of spare event currency.

I'm missing the event. :XD I love it when it's really active and like 3 people post at the same time as me and I have to edit to add them in. I'm weird, right? I end up playing snake all day and hovering around the info desk hoping someone needs help with some I know. :sweat:

I know what you mean by playing Snake.
I always play on Worm level, and my hubby always says I'm "playing wormies".

It's kind of a zen thing. I can carry on a good conversation while playing.

I've moved up to python, it tends to kick my butt and the most common amount I get is 2-3 gold but now the worm is too slow. :XD I get the occasional 10 and rarely 20 but snake is the only game I can get 10 on. The problem I have is when I get to like 1200 points I start panicking I'm going to die and my fingers just fit out and frantically press every button. :sweat:

lol... that's exactly like me.

On Worm level, you get 10 gold for 1001-2000. Then you get 20 after 2001.
I sure wish they would give you like, 15 gold for 1500.

Is it the same on Python level?

Yeah, a few times I've made it to 1900 and then died, then it's just like no! why! :cry:

My personal high score is 2717, that was definitely a :cry: moment.

Gaa.... I hate this.. I had a response typed, and then did something to my scroll pad, and I lost it all. Can't find it anywhere.

Let's see, I think I was asking what score you got for that 1900 on Python level. Was it still only a 10?

Yeah, only 10 till you get 2000. For the first time in ages I've maxed my game allowance. :| I don't know what to do now. :XD

For awhile, I was getting the 500 max every day, which really adds up after awhile.
I have over 22K before this event... Now I'm down to 7K. Dang those purdy commons!

I got a bit bored of snake and stuck to posting because I wasn't really in a rush for money. It takes me the whole day to max it out because of me only getting 2-3 most of the time and being even worse at the other games. :XD

I've tried Tetris, but it takes a lot longer than Snake.

Mostly I post, but sometimes I catch up on my threads, so while I'm waiting for others to respond, I'll do a Snake game or two.

Yeah, it takes me like twice as long on tetris to get 2g. I don't bother, sometimes I go on chopper challenge when I feel like murdering my finger.

Chopper challenge... lol...

click... crash...reset. click...crash...reset. ad infinitum...

I've managed to get 500 and something a few times but I spend like half an hour just to get 5 gold. :XD
