Yeah, it's also one of the first thoughts for me as well, 'oh, good you're not dead'. I had a friend in real life disappear on me for over a year. I figured she had died. Her parents said she just left one day and hadn't contacted them or anything. So I had no clue what had happened to her. But one day my doorbell rang and she was standing there on the door step. It was odd for me because I actually thought she had died. So the first thing I ended up doing was hit her. I didn't say hi, I just punched her arm. Roachi: It always seems like everything just comes at once. At least for me. It's like I'm not busy at all, things are fine and then one day it's one thing after another. Which seems to last for months. But again, I guess that's life. |

I can't wait 'till winter break. I wish I had been better prepared for the monster that is art college. I hear people in Stanford get more free time than we do ;_;

Really i thought at college you just get no free time at all, it doesn't matter where you are xD. Unless you study in Dunedin at Otago & then your nothing but a piss head at the end of it xD =P

It would seem that the only people expected to give themselves completely to their job is Artists o.e; We had a big discussion in class about this, it was actually quite interesting. It was brought up when the teacher asked us all how many school clubs we belonged to, and how many school clubs there were. Hardly any. Why? Because any extracurricular activity implied that we were supposed to have free time to attend such activities. Gah. I have to go to the bus stop and it's raining... |
