Just dropping in while I'm on my laptop, I'm not sure how often I'll be able to get online this week. For some reason my laptop doesn't like the broadband wi-fi and will only use the wi-fi from the computer. -_-

Yes, but it came with the laptop. I've heard if you're tech savvy you can get a lot out of it, but I'm not willing to make that kind of effort for what is essentially a portable internet machine. I'm used to Windows XP, but before that I had Windows 98 for ages so everything was new and shiny.

For some reason the interwebs is working well today. I think I've figured out why people get so depressed on caravan holidays- the rain is so loud!

I have windows 95 for the longest time, then 98 for years, and then XP.
I adore XP.

Vista lags, and all it's "security" gets in the fucking way all the time.
Also, it makes you confirm things 50 bajillion times, which is annoying.
