I hate April Fool's Day.

I don't mind it...never been pranked that often, really. Don't do much pranking that day either.

I try to avoid April 1st when I can.
Some people just get so stupid and dumb...
Especially online.

Last year I saw an article on a White Stripes reunion. I was so happy for like five minutes, until I realized what day it was. I've hated April Fool's since.

Plus, my usual go-to of "I'm pregnant!" was a lot funnier when I was single. If I say it now, people might actually take me seriously.

If I said I was pregnant to my friends their first responce would be "THE NEXT BABY JESUS HAS BEEN CONCEIVED" or my friend James would make a lesbian joke.

Treasure it while it lasts. I've gotten very nauseous the past two mornings, so I was like "SHIT." Then I remembered I'm on my period.

Benefits of being a single shrew/mostly interested in women: never have to worry about a pregnancy scare.

I'm in the same boat as Anarchist to the point where a couple of weeks ago when I was in hospital for a chest x-ray I was exhausted, I hadn't been home in 14 hours and I'd been sitting in waiting rooms basically unable to breath for about 4, and it was 1am to boot. So when they asked me whether or not I was pregnant I just burst out laughing.

One of the fun things (HA! ) about having had a torsion is that my fertility is reduced. That and when people make the internet pervasive joke about their ovaries exploding, I can look them dead in the eye and say "I know all about that."

Ouchies! That does not sound pleasant.

It was not - I have a cousin who has given birth to two children and also had a torsion. She said by far the torsion was more painful. Though I wasn't being sarcastic when I said the reduced fertility was a bonus.

Ow. That pained me to read. You poor souls.

Yeah I just had a chest infection that I didn't take quite as seriously as the security guard that insisted on calling an ambulance. They gave me super anti-biotics at the hospital and I stayed with my grandparents for like four days until I was better.

(Hence why I didn't have my drawing tablet when we started discussing our friendly neighbourhood telepath, and now I'm back at uni which is why I still haven't done the thing. I did do a costume design on the back of my linguistics test today... but I handed it in.)
