Awww geeze... didn't think I'd be classified as an old-fart already.

Well I think that technically most of us aren't considered old...Just kind of calling ourselves that tongue in cheek. I know I'm only 26, and I'm hoping I have at least twice that many years remaining, if not older.

I think the main thing is we're looking for people to be out of high school and in 'the real world'. Once you go up in the ranks, it's kind of hard to remember how it was before. :XP
