Hello all how are we today?

I'm pretty good. I went to renfest with my parents and we sat in the pub and drank and sang. XD

Ughhhhh, I am old. Somebody, love me! I just turned 27 a few weeks ago, and I am feeling *::WICKED::* old! I am still in school, and everyone else is like, 17! Also, I work at a bar where I have to compete with much younger dancers, and waitresses!!!

*hugs and loves* feel free to pull up a rocker with the rest of us. Yeah I'm not 27 but I'm surely going to still be in school when I am so I wouldn't feel too alone.

I'm 26 myself, and thinking of going back to school. I'm wondering how out numbered I'll be myself.

What kind of bar do you work at? I'm curious, since you mentioned dancers. I'm assuming they're where you work?

*pokes head into thread* Harro! Don't mind the hair...my sister and I are at war at the moment...this is what she made me look like. >.<

*laughs* My stepdaughter loves playing with my avvie when she visits. So if I'm wearing something that doesn't seem me I bet it's got something to do with her. She's too young to post or do anything with the forum, but she absolutely loves dressing dolls up.

I've loaded up the MAC for her to play too, and she'll more often than not ask to play with that instead of my items as I guess my items aren't as cool. :XD

Sounds like my little sister. She loved dressing my Avi's up on Gaia when she was still too young to play herself. I really didn't mind it and more often then not she would pick something that I would actually wear.

Oh no not at all I only had a glass of wine and that was at like 1pm. It was entertaining though. I can't say I've ever sang at a "pub" with my parents before. But I'd do it again.

I've never sung at a pub with my mom either (but my moms tone deaf that might be why she will only sing at church). Its sounds like a lot of fun though!!

Well my mom won't sing unless she's had a beer in her. She's been self conscious about her singing since elementary school. Apparently she doesn't recognize the fact the chorus teacher wouldn't have had her sing by herself because she has a GOOD voice. *shakes head* Silly mom. <3

LOL well its very scary to sing in front of people solo i can't sing in front of people because when i was a kid i was in the kids choir and my voice cracked in the middle of a solo i was 10 years old and now I'm scarred.

Aww. That sucks. I'm not that great a singer but I generally don't care what people think. I sing when I really want to.

I got over it a little i was singing in front of my exbf (he nice) and my voice cracked and he tried his hardest to keep his laughter in but it failed and i got embarrassed and not i can't sing solo in front of people

No this guy is the guy i dated before mr.drunky miss you love you. I dumped this guy for the guy from last night...bad choice...now i know not to date geeks...gonna stick to nerds from now on!!!

I tend to go for guys who have similar interests actually. At least a few. Most my interests are pretty geeky so. *shrug*
