The FAFSA website makes me so angry. Social Security makes me angry too. Why is it so damn hard to get my stuff processed. They keep on making mistake after mistake. *facepalm* I'm going to have to go down there on Friday, somehow before we pick up the kids, to get things sorted. I wish I had two cars. Really do.

That's what I'm afraid of too - Nao. That they'll turn around and tell me my husband makes too much, even though a third of it goes to his stupid ass exwife. (I hate her with a passion and wish she'd just leave us the kids...)

She thinks she is Shooga...but she's good for nothing highschool dropout without a job and is really psychologically messed up in the head. She's tried to get his mother's boyfriend done for child molesting (which is a load of bullshit), and she's also tried to get a restraining order on me...well until she found out it doesn't effect me being able to see the kids on my husband's weekends he gets them. I have done nothing to harm those kids, but she hates me to the core. She's tried to seperate me from my husband, tried to make both of our lives miserable. She tells her daughter a load of bullshit...Like that she looks like a boy with short hair (so won't let her cut her hair!!) and buys her padded underwire bras for her 10 year old daughter. She's SERIOUSLY trying to get the poor girl knocked up and so fucking confused it isn't funny.

At our house she's entitled to having her own opinion. If she wants to get her hair cut, I said I will gladly take her to the hair salon and get it done. Screw what her mom thinks - she's the one who thought it'd be a great idea to get her hair permed for her 9th birthday - that turned into a tangled up rat's nest which ended up infested with lice. We ended up having to cut her hair that time, into a cute little bob but when her mom came home she gave her daughter a load of bullshit about how she didn't recognize her and she looked like a boy. I mean it's bad enough that the school kids were picking on her, but her bloody own mother? For god sakes! Not to mention she bought Suave coconut shampoo to follow up our treatments for the headlice, so it was a 6 week ongoing thing. I eventually called the schools and CPA and filed complaints. Oh god she got a moveon then.

I'm waiting for her to royally screw up. The day that happens, I'm going to have hubby have the law yank those kids right up from under her and she's going to play hell getting them back.

I mean this is the same woman who takes her kids out playing at the lake in the summer two full days without any sunscreen. I should of seriously took pictures and sent it to CPA as poor stepdaughter was horribly burned and in pain all weekend. Apparently she didn't have any sunscreen and her aunt 'left hers at home'. The most inappropriate excuse I have ever heard.

She also gets herself in abusive relationships. I've already heard how stepdaughter witnessed her mom grabbed around the neck by an exboyfriend of hers, and how her current 'fiance' has shoved her head up against the car door window. They LIVE IN THE LIVINGROOM OF HIS HOUSE and don't even have their own bedroom!!!

I've called CPA and apparently there isn't enough 'proof' to take them away from her. It really sucks, because if we had custody of the kids we'd have the finances to get a mortgage for a house where they'd both have seperate bedrooms (right now they have to share one, but at the same time they aren't here full time) and I would be able to be a full time mom to them.

Thanks to her though I can't be that full time mom, and Aaron doesn't want more kids. So it's like that stupid bitch took that away from me too.

Oh I am really sorry Izumi! She doesn't sound capable of looking after kids if she doesn't think to pack a simple thing like sunscreen. How many kids are their, two? Its understandable how your husband doesn't want to have more.
I really feel for you, I hope that you can make them see how you and your husband could take much better care of them and get custody soon!

FAFSA is so complicated! I had to drop a semester a bit shy of the halfway point due to medical issues (constantly being in and out of hospitals), and the financial aid office says that not only do I have to pay back $800 of my Pell Grant.. but I am no longer eligible for financial aid! WTF?! How do they expect me to pay it back? If I had the money, I wouldn't need it in the first place >.<

@Roxxxy: Ouch. FAFSA really is annoying that way sometimes. One of my friends applied for it but her family made just enough money for her not to get accepted, but not enough to send her to the school she wanted. She was so pissed.

They are a bunch of boogers! I mean surely they realise that people who apply for financial aid can't afford to pay back much otherwise theywouldn't apply in the first place! They are really stingy too, I work about five hours a week on a Saturday and my boyfriend is in full time but money is still pretty tight so when we apply for some aid they take ages thinking of our situation before telling us to go off to the family tax people and ask for a raise on child benefits! I could have done that months ago if they hadn't phucked around so much :|
