I'd love to learn how to build a computer. I could use a good new desktop.

@Sun: Yeah, my last desktop finally died about 5 or 6 months ago. Until I get around to building myself a new one, I'm just going to stick with my laptop. :yes: Although, I still want to hook my Bose speaker system up to it. :sweat: *is so tired of listening to my music over headphones* :XP

Dimi: our current desktop is *thinks* 9 years old this december. It's pretty slow at this point. I bought myself a laptop over a year ago, it's pretty much all I use.

@Sun: Wow, I'm actually surprised that that desktop of yours is still running. :O Most desktops only last about 4 years. The last one I had lasted 6 years, but that's the longest I've ever heard of a comp lasting.

Dimi: its an endearing term for me...well your gonna give me anything i want..within reason which makes you my bitch.

Dimi: you'd think so, considering all i hear of it. But sadly, my head just doesn't wrap so easily around it xD

@kitty: Well, I'm not a computer guru or anything like that, but I do know a bit about them, thanks to a couple of people I used to hang out with that were computer gurus. :yes:

Dimi: Ha ha. We actually had to take it in to be fixed last week because it shut off and wouldn't go back on. It's up and running now though. It's a determined little thing. *pets it fondly as it was her first computer technically* My dad's desktop is actually.....10 or 11 years old. Granted he hasn't used it in a few years, it just sits down in his office as something to have the computer connected to. But it still works pretty well if you use it for anything.

Dimi: well not EVERYTHING but just about that, the only things i really know, arejust artsy things, like drawing writing and cooking lol
