@ary: I'm not like that... Sometimes I'll HATE a band's music but I'll be like BEST FRIENDS with the bassist or drummer or something... See, I keep the person's personal life and their FAME separate... Like how I keep my celeb-ness and my personal stuff separate. *nod* ^^

Not exactly, I just don't go seeking information about a band who's music i know I don't like... but then, I rarely go seeking personal information on any band, or band members. *shrugs* I'm just not like that. If I happen to come across something, I won't outright ignore it though. Like, I recently realized that the guy who plays one of the lead roles in a series called Leverage is also in a band, so i went and checked it out. I like it. Personally I don't have a great deal of musical talent. I mean, I love music, but I'm one of those people who is just not very good at reading music. I have to have a tune to associate the notation with. :lol: I even made a habit of asking my band mates to remind me what the song "friend like me" (alladin) sounded like each time our director asked us to play it. After that, I was fine. But, despite basically being a "trumpet" I also learned the french horn, our fight song on sax, and the basics of piano so I could work on my chorus music at home. Hard work and passion over talent I guess you'd call it. But, to answer your question. I loved living in the country. It's private, and open. I used to walk all the time. City life scares me. I'm always afraid of getting mugged or something. Guess I have trouble trusting people, in general. @Connie: Ohaiyo! |
