Eyea: you have never heard of bangors and mash? dont they have that in america or something?

I have heard of it, but don't think I've had it. It may be called something else. (lives in the South)

Sasuges and mashed potatos with garlic and pepper and other stuff.

You can get bangors and mash in an Irish Pub. That is the only place I know of that has that.

Sounds nummy.

In my opinion, the South has closed itself off from the rest of the world and pretends nothing ever changes. Like a kid with their hands over their ears saying "la la la, I can't hear you." -_-

@Mitsunari its good, had some in an Irish Pub but about 3 weeks ago. That's how I know you can get it in one. They also can serve a high tea.

Bangors and mash are yummy. But yeah, in the states breakfast sausage is usually served with fried eggs and pancakes. Or biscuits and gravy. I like my biscuits and gravy spicy with lots of pepper.

Mitsu: And grits, grits is a southern thing. With alittle butter and some sugar, its delicious. Gumbo is another big thing, and deer meat.

@ Silver: Yes, but Eyea is in Tennessee.

@ Mitsu: Anything that is fried. -_- Deep fried Oreos, Twinkies, pickles, green beans, etc. Eyea is "weird" because she likes healthy foods. If it doesn't have tons of grease in it, it's not southern. -_-

ewwww.... fried oreos? people frie oreos? they arent even that nice unfried never mind fried. Also what are twlinkies? I know they are mentioned in bridge to terabitha but i have never know what they are lol. America candy always confuses me.

If we are having sasuage at breakfast here we normally have it, with bacon, eggs, tomato, beans and toast. Also with a little bit of breakfast tea on the side,
