for-chan-sorry but I hadn't done my toenails since may and my best friend got me nail polish the least I can do is use it.

I never paint my toenails. I have really ugly tiny toenails. I hardly even paint my fingernails just cause I suck at it ^_^;

All sorts of fumes do me in. Permanent markers, overly intense perfumes or room fresheners, nail polish, white out. The fumes just go straight to my brain and fire off pain pain pain! D:

Hi Veiss Wynd! How can you be too shy for a thread for shy people? XD Well, either way, we're glad you've stopped in now :D We really missed the thread after the event! So here we area again, just having fun with the people we met and new ones!

My very first migraine was triggered by some super high fumed art markers that my grandmother sent me. Ugh. It was awful. I used to have medication as a kid and it really just made me go to sleep. So I'd try to avoid taking it despite the pain cause I didn't want to just sleep all the time, but that really is the best thing for them.

So many new pages...o___o;

I hate the smell of nail polish. Sadly, my former roommates all love them and do their nails regularly every two or three weeks, it drives me crazy. Yet when I mention how I don't like the fumes, they tell me that the scent from my instant noodles drive them crazy at night and that I have no right to complain about their pretty polish. (and they were quite rude about it too) What the hell!? At least my food doesn't cause lung cancer in the long run! D< (no offense to the polish-lovers out there x__X)

Ugh, that sucks. I never understand how people can breathe in nail salons. They're so poorly ventilated and that awful smell wafts out.

Sounds like your roomies were just attacking back because they were immature brats who couldn't take responsibility for themselves. I had a roommate like that! She tried to blame myself and my other roommate for her own decision to stay out in the city past dark and smoke a cigarette outside of a badly lit train station where she almost got mugged. Those were her decisions and somehow she tried to make it our fault, not her own. It was so stupid! I moved out a month later.

And while we're on the topic of nail polish - I usually paint stripes and wierd designs on my toes, take a picture, scrape it off, and do it again. :insane:

Hi Zolar! I suck at taking it off, I usually just pick nail polish off and my nails look super crappy ^_^; that's why I walk around with naked nails! D:

Well, I found this about one of the ingredients being linked to cancer on my first hit. Another one linking it to breast and ovarian cancer.

There seem to be a lot of link between certain chemiclas in nail polish....good to know O_o

hmmm I think I would like a more recent one and you can but water based nai polishes there supposed to be better
