oh god how come I don't get a chunk of the profits

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:05 PM

@Wifey - Are they from scratch or are they from a package? D:

Hey Facade.

@Luna - Sparkles are pretty, so long as they're not on vampires D:

@Cuppy - Well they are evil. It's only to be expected.

white2fire 09-18-2009 11:05 PM

Gimme some of those sparkles...^_^

@Cookie: scratch..I suppose. It's a recipe. ^_^

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:09 PM

@Wifey - Did you let the dough chill? The cookies are better if you let the dough sit in the fridge for a day than if you mix it up and bake them immediately. *is obviously a cookie expert* XD

white2fire 09-18-2009 11:10 PM

So that really works? No we just put them in the oven. We usually eat them to fast to let the dough chill first. XD We'd eat the dough as well.

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:14 PM

@Wifey - It does. It gives all the ingredients time to really blend together. Think about it, creaming the butter and sugar really doesn't dissolve the sugar or anything and giving it time lets the butter sink into the flower for a much richer tasting cookie.

I have trouble doing it that way though because my mother is a brat who eats the cookie dough. I have to hide it from her -_- But my cookies taste better than hers =P

white2fire 09-18-2009 11:15 PM

lol. I need to do that now. XD

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:19 PM

When I first head of that, I was like "Really? That'll make it that much better?" So I was skeptical, but when I made my first batch my mom was like "Ooooooh, this is sooooo goood!" And I was like ok, whatever. But it was when my brother came to me to tell me that the cookies were different, weirdly addictive, I was like "Oh...they are! D:"

Adding a little salt on top also makes them taste better. Weird, but true!

cuppycake_geek 09-18-2009 11:21 PM

its true

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:22 PM

....what's true?

Sir.Spoon 09-18-2009 11:22 PM

Evening Everyone.

cuppycake_geek 09-18-2009 11:23 PM

the salt thing

white2fire 09-18-2009 11:23 PM

Oh lol. Funny. Well next time I'll try to remember to make them.
Mmm. Got finished and just had some.
You taste good Cookie. XD

Welcome back Spoon.

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:25 PM

Hey Sir.Spoon. Nice pink XD

@Cuppy - Why do you type such short random responses? I never do get that. Full sentences get much better gold returns and you always seem to lose us with your mini responses. =/

@Wifey - Of course I taste good :D Now I have the urge to back some myself. If I make the dough tonight, I can bake cookies tomorrow! :D

Sir.Spoon 09-18-2009 11:26 PM

@ For-Chan Cookie:. I knew you say something about it! I knew it! XD
Nah. I finally gave into your demands...orange was just too gross for me.

cuppycake_geek 09-18-2009 11:29 PM

omg gasps I think I does lose everyone one in my mini bits of awesome. hehe

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:30 PM

@Sir.Spoon - But of course! XD It's better. It matches your avatar a lot better. Now you have some aesthetics going on.

@Cuppy - The writing tutor in me wants to give you a spanking! "I does lose everyone" x_x

cuppycake_geek 09-18-2009 11:33 PM

lol its a minnesota thing or maybe its little jewgermannorweigen in me that just loves to put s on stuff.

Sir.Spoon 09-18-2009 11:33 PM

@ For-Chan:. Aesthetics are always nice. (And thank god for spell check...that's one doozy of a word to spell)

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:40 PM

@Cuppy - Spoken language and written language are two different things though. You're starting to border on incoherence there o.o

@Sir.Spoon - They are. And Aesthetics, I have no problem spelling. I think I have more trouble catching myself with the common lose/loose thing than aesthetics.

Sir.Spoon 09-18-2009 11:42 PM

@ For-Chan:. While we're on the topic of spelling, I've always wanted to enter a spelling bee, just to see what it's like...I would most likely fail on a word such as squeegee. So many vowels. O_O
And what's up with the words with the silent g and stuff like that. (ie. phelgm)

white2fire 09-18-2009 11:43 PM

Ooh. I hate the lose/loose. When I need to write it I can't remember which one to use. XD

For-Chan Cookie 09-18-2009 11:47 PM

@Sir.Spoon - Well, they have to trip you up with tricky words. That's their job.

@Wifey - I always giggle when I see people talking about "Loosers" XD

Sir.Spoon 09-18-2009 11:51 PM

@ For-Chan:. I wonder how the pick the words, just open up a dictionary and hope for the best? Find the craziest word in the punch and pin it on a kid?

Actually...that sounds like a really cool job! I want to do that! (Much better than waitering)

white2fire 09-18-2009 11:51 PM

@Cookie: Lol, I guess so. XD
