I live in California. We are not supposed to get more severe storms than thunder. We don't even get large hail.
But my mom says it's only afew minute warning until 2:30pm. That's actually pathetic.

Good thing I live in New York and we only get a lot of snow.

Yeah lol, I freaked a bit much, but tornadoes are new to me, we aren't supposed to get them.
They say the best place to be during a tornado is a basement but I live in an apartment, I don't haveone. So hypothetically what would I be expected to do?

I live in a city and there's not a big risk for a tornado here. Thank goodness, cause Texas doesn't have basements XD We've been under watches though.
