Manga Studio is an art program for making manga and comics.
But it's really weird, strange controls, and doesn't open normal filetypes.

Oh, weird.

Yeah, it kinda sucks. Everything else is weird, but I like the line snap on it.

I tried Flash, but the canvas always ends up acting really weird and it's mostly shapes and vectors from what I've seen.
