the system restorement, the XP Guardian is still there =_=;

Press CTRL ALT DEL and look for it in the processes.
When you find it, first open search and try and find it in the registry.
If it's there, delete it and then terminate the process.
If it's not, just end the process.

If that doesn't work, repair windows using the Windows Boot Disk.

well it's a rogue anti spyware, I doubt it is >_>

I've always been able to find viruses in my processes. o_O
