I hate the most when I get COMPLETELY stuck. I don't know what to have the character do or say! It's so annoying... I've been stuck like that on one specific thing for... -counts- About a year, actually. Ouch.

With rping I tend to fade away from description as things progress and there is less need for mood setting and what not.

I just started a new rp on another site that I'm in love with.

Mostly I just have issues writing solo at all. My confidence levels are nowhere near where they once were and so I get blocked simply from the sensation of not feeling like I'm using the right words to tell the story.

@Fall: Ah, well I haven't written to much lately other than rants and poems.

Two pages is a bit over kill. Sometimes my starting posts are around that length.
I tend to just type in the internet window rather than Word or anything so I don't know how long my normal posts would be.

Every time I make the mistake of not using Word, my internet browser freezes and crashes and I lose my whole post. Ugh! My longest post so far was seven pages... >__>;

I found out about this place on Facebook, actually. I heard it was a roleplayer's niche. And lo and behold, i happen to find myself amongst roleplayers conversating! Lucky me!
P.s., I like long posts, truthfully. They're usually more detailed, and the more detailed, the better. Its so much easier to really get into it that way. Two pages does seem like much, but I can sit at a good roleplay for hours :)

It does seem to have a pretty strong rp community here... and hangout threads like this one thrive. The rest of the forums are pretty slow, though. Or at least seem to be with the time I've spent here.

And Blackrose... how ironic! xD I have one roleplay on here, but I'm not too pleased with it. D: My posts, I mean. I was having trouble getting into character...


(At the seven-pages-in-length thing... I was having two characters of mine interacting, and they were both trying to play the other psychologically, so it was a headtrip to type out. x__x )

My posts are always pretty long when it's just my characters interacting with each other or when there's an important plot point in them.

I've got two rps going and both are good but the pace is starting to drive me crazy. They move a little too slowly and the transitions are always left up to me... thing like the characters are in the elevator and no matter than it's been five posts my rp partner would rather give me a few sentences than you know... have the elevator stop at the floor it's destined for.

(My replies will be slow, rp partner is online on the other site)

I'm gonna need to go eat dinner soon! D: So my replies are gonna be a bit slow, too, since I'm getting dressed.

There's a roleplay that I am very eager to start working on. >w< I don't have the starting post, though, and my partner hasn't been able to brain how to start, so... we're at a bit of a stand-still! Will hopefully be over soon.
