Cookie- I'm pretty good, thanks for asking. I'm about to go to a fish fry at 5:00 but have to get off at 3:36. I found this site through Google. Oh, so this site's been around for a while then. Cool!

Yep, Mene's been around for a while. So there's plenty of neat items to save up for. :D

Cookie- yeah, I've already found a few items I like. It's going to take me a while to get them, but that's what makes it totally worth it than someone just giving you items to start off with, like on Gaia.

Were any of you on Gaia before?

I like the way this place works for getting gold and saving up. A lot better than the system at Gaia, at least. This way I don't feel like your gold amount only relates to how much time you spend on the site but how interactive you are.

Sally- I've never been to Gaia, but a lot of my friends have and they say that Gaia has gone downhill, so I'm not even going to bother registering.

@Eric - Oh totally! That's a great attitude to have. A lot of people come over from Gaia and get mad because everything's not handed to them on a platter, but it's not that hard to get gold here. You just need to decide what works best for you. Once you do, it's not hard at all.

So anything in particular caught your eye? ^_^

@Sallykins - I've been on Gaia since 03! I'm a super oldbie. Amusingly, I've also been on Mene since the start.

I really like this gold system. People who are active get the gold. It's more of a community. At least it really feels that way :D

@ Haunting: Eric, right? Yeah, I've found that Gaia is turning more and more into a rank based community, how can much gold you have and what items you get. I used to enjoy it, but I don't like having to work so hard for pixels, you know?

Cookie- a few items have caught my eye, but I can't tell if they're for male or female. Is there any way to tell? And Sally- Yeah, most of my friends quit going to Gaia because now you have to use Gaia Cash to buy most of the items.

@Sallykins - All the interesting new items are through the roof. I can't afford any of them. And I refuse to throw money at that site.

@Eric - If you're just browsing through the stores, you'll only see male items. The same applies for the avatar creator thing, is you have a male avatar, only the male items show up. All Contribution items and Event items are gender neutral.

That's a lot of tickets! D: I can count on one hand the number of tickets I've gotten in my life! Two! One for a parking violation (Against Flow, which I'd never heard of) and one for going through a light and catching it red. The cop that gave that one was a jerk. He followed me afterwards ;_;

I feel weird. I never have dream avis. I mean, I save up for stuff but I never go "This is my dream avi!" I dunno why. *shrugs*
