You can search for them in the seach engine in the forum page.

the page exists, you just really have to hunt for it.

they're only available for a short period of time! <3

for some of them i had to search their names under the user search before it would show their profiles

Like I said... half of the NPCs have profiles and some of them don't, but they have their own place.

You cannot access the links through the NPC thread because its all moderator and administrator related. Once you find what you're looking for, you should go to the search engines or go looking through the other places around Menewsha where they are located.
