okay, I got the stupid flyswatter ... now he is randomly smacking the carpet from the couch all the way to the stairs ... and apparently he just chickened out and is sitting in the middle of the floor ... why did I end up with the kid terrified of bugs?

oh dear Lord in heaven!!! he was wanting to go upstairs all this time because he has to pee!! I'm so glad I juts went over there and "lead him to the stairs" because there were "lots of dead bug body parts all over the floor" and now he's upstairs stomping around and freaking out ... but at least he's in the bathroom!
