Lol, by free country do you mean the states? I live in Canada. We don't boast about being free, so I guess they don't have a problem roping us in? :P But I know we have it better than others. Still - there's a lot of improvements that could be made.

I'm from Ontario, so I know what you mean about the charging for bags things. You just have to know what place to go to in order to get freebies, and they aren't grocery stores, lol.

Some do, some don't. I'm in Thunder Bay - some grocery stores here still don't charge you for the bags if you go to the right places. We're a little closer to the west so we have less influence from the Southern Ontario mecca. :P
