left over pasta is all nasty and such ... you just can't reheat it and have it be near as good as the first time ...

I've never seen True Blood. I only watched the first Twilight movie because a student was writing a paper on it, so I had to know it.

Okay, I've been looking through recipes long enough to feel inspired. I need to clean the kitchen (all four three square feet of counter space) and make room for the KitchenAid mixer to make pizza dough.

that is what I thought. she (the babysitter) just came over to get me to babysit tonight for several hours because the babysitter she had tried to get would only watch the kids for 2 hours and she plans to be at this barbecue MUCH longer than that. that it's a family barbecue so she HAS to go. :roll:

Note to self, never get a big cat or primate for a pet. These people are quite batty, getting eaten and mauled by their "pets".

@Crazy - I think a job takes priority over a leisurely family bbq. If she knew she had the bbq, she shouldn't have taken the job.

my own personal motto: don't adopt something that if left in the wild for 5 minutes might beat me up!

No lie! These people fall in love with these animals and granted, big cats are gorgeous and small primates are cute when small, but they grow up and they get stronger than you and their animal instincts come out and they hurt people.

that is about as intelligent as trying to make a cow a house pet in an apartment! seriously! people are all, "oh, yeah, it's supposed to be wild, but my love will domesticate it" when in reality it's horribly cruel! those animals belong in the wild living their proper lives!
