Hi! I'm back.. Lunch was okay. We went to the golden carrol. Which is just a big buffet. Everything tasted like it was store bought, and not bought fresh though... *doesn't know how to explain that other than the whole taste of things*

Not a lot is up here. I'm just working on my composition homework. Fun stuff.. Oh yeah, I have to interview someone over 65.. maybe I should call my grandma.

@Fuyumi - Ew, you went to the Golden Corral? That place is nasty. The last time I ate there, the whole family got food poisoning. x_x It's all cheap and yucky.

lol. Yeah, it wasn't that great XD yeah it is pretty cheap. I hope I don't get food poisoning. I heard they're actually common for food poisoning though. I wonder if they're not up to health regulations either. I mean..I kinda feel like they buy all their food frozen, then make it. All cheap and ..well it just tastes like it's not fresh to me.

@Fuyumi - Those really huge buffets tend not to be. You know they don't make all that stuff. I used to work at a Ryan's buffet and It was all frozen stuff they popped in the oven. I liked their chicken pot pie though. It had noodles in it :D Of course, the steaks and stuff were cooked there, since technically it was a steakhouse also. They changed their format though and the last time I went the food and service were horrible! They eventually went out of business. The Golden Corral down the road put them out of business.

If I'm going to go to a buffet, I like Chinese buffets, because at least there's someone in the back cooking things up fresh. And if they have a grill where they cook the food for you, even better! :D

Can't you interview a grandparent?

oh my..yeah Chinese food buffets are normally better. Though they probably also buy some stuff that is frozen, like the pizza they have at the one I go to(for children and adults who do like chinese food)

Ah that's cool. I wish I could have a job..any ..well almost any job really.
I do have a grandma, but the phone in the house doesn't let me call long distance, and my cell phone doesn't have many minutes left *frowns* if only I could find some random old person to interview online.

@Placebo - It was ok. It was better since my crazy aunt forgot to call me today. I didn't really want to see her. She's very repetitive, says the same stuff over and over. Plus I'm sure she was drunk when she called me the other night. Was slurring a bit and asked me the same stuff a bunch of times. -_-

@Fuyumi - Yeah, it's always so weird when they just toss out a bunch of Western food on there like pizza and chicken nuggets. That stuff isn't even worth looking at. You know it's not good. =P You're at a Chinese buffet! Eat Chinese food! There's got to be something on the buffet you'll like!

It was an ok job. But since it was a buffet, people felt the need to not tip the waitresses and we were paid. $2.15 an hour! We had to make up the rest of the wage with tips! Actually, come to find out that the store handled that illegally, making us make up our own rest of the wage instead of covering us if we didn't make enough. It was only my second job though, so I didn't know better.

Maybe you can find someone here on Mene. I know there's a few older people running around. ^_^

@Placebo - Sometimes. She's just pathetic. =/ And of course, drunk people are annoying. I think their annoyingness outweighs there entertainment value.
