I know, but my younger brother for example, isn't into eating chinese food, so he just eats the pizza and the chicken and the mashed potatoes and stuff.. Not only that but he doesn't eat a lot either -_-' waste of money.. especially when he wastes food.

Oh wow.. That's really cheap. I would hate that. it would make me want to like work at a different restaurant. Waitresses aren't paid anything. I mean seriously, I don't get that at all why the minimum wage law doesn't count for them -_- I guess a place with a lot of old people is a good place to work at if you're a waitress. Some old people tip a lot..or if you work at a bar..

Hmm..I could try, but I'm not sure if anyone is really that old. I will do my best ^^

@Fuyumi - Picky eaters annoy me. I mean, I'm generally pretty picky, but at least try things. You're going to just write off an entire cuisine? Our of the dozens of things out there, you won't eat a single one? That's like all the people that say they hate all vegetables. Have you even tried all vegetables? I bet not! I bet that they haven't even tried most vegetables. They just hear the name and whine.

Well, all waitresses get shit ass wages that they need to make up the difference in tips. I guess because they get tips they get paid less, otherwise they'd get paid way more than minimum wage and everyone would want to be a waitress? I dunno. A lot of old people don't tip much at all though. Old people are cheap. =P

Yeah. I'm not a picky eater at all.. Yeah, vegetables are good though. I don't know why so many people dislike them. Maybe cause they are green, and don't get over that after they are children. I ate the grossest peas today, they were like all hard and stuff and I was like "weird.."

Well..I used to live in Holland, MI and a lot of people, old and young, were pretty well off. I guess it really is just about the person themselves and if they are willing to tip at all. That's really sad though. Makes me not wanna be a waitress ever. -_-'

No, I don't think I would be. I know a lot of people that are in their 30's.. don't know about over 40's though. And I do know someone that is older than 65, but he's not serious enough to answer my questions -_-

@Placebo - Like that ever happens. If I died every time someone said they were going to kill me, I'd be quite dead. Not that many people tell me that. Mostly my brothers XD

@Fuyumi - Someone made a thread in the General Discussion about getting picky eaters to eat veggies and it just turned into an "I Hate Veggies!" thread. And then someone went and made a thread about hating veggies and there's so much veggie hate D: I don't like peas. I just don't care for their taste/texture. I try to pick them out if I can or ignore them if I can't.

You can potentially make more than minimum wage waitressing. When you do, it's good. But it's also a potentially frustrating job, dealing with customers and food and stuff.

wow, that sucks. >_< There really isn't a vegetable I dislike.. I mean asparagus occasionally, if it's not cooked correctly. Then there's this yellow squash stuff, that also if it is not cooked correctly it tastes bad (of if I have it too much I get sick of it) then there's cheesy broccoli. I know a lot of people like it but I still can't get used to it.

lol..I'm sure everything will be fine. I just need to contact career services about it.
