I'm trying to finish reading Fruits Basket on OneManga before they shut down the site.
I dont know if MangaFox is shutting down but they've made it clear scanlations are no longer welcome or approved of. So says the big manga publishing peoples.
and I'm too poor to afford all my faves right now. I know one day I'll build my collection.
I finished reading xxxHolic on Onemanga yesterday. I'm not sure that I care for where the manga is headed. I should probably hurry up and read Tsubasa before Onemanga goes down. I just prefer the layout there to manga fox. And I'm sure Manga Fox will be next. It can't just happily sit there and ignore this.
I'm just sad because I enjoy reading stuff that isn't licensed, but it's ok. As long as someone is still scanlating what I'm reading, I'll just download them. It's impossible to stop scanlating. Someone out there will always translate manga to share. But they can definitely shut down these sites where people are making money off of content that they don't own.
@Jake - You can keep them, but only if you stay a virgin!

Where can you download scanlations, Cookie? I'll definitely consider that. I'm trying to speedily read Fruba...but it's not going so quickly. and I think starting next week they'll slowly take the site down.
I hope I can get my manga fix somewhere. lol. But I'll die if anime is no longer online. I want to get all my faves in Anime, Manga, and books.
@Jake - In the manga or in the real world? I don't know because I didn't read most of the manga. They have a teacher that's a virgin, but she's young, in her twenties.
In real life, there's plenty of older people who are virgins. It's stupid that there's some sort of stigma on people who don't have sex. :P If people don't wanna, they don't wanna. No crime in that.

@Adella - Most scanlations have a credits page right? Go to whatever group the credits page says.
Jake, I didn't lose it til i was 18. I wanted to stay that way til marriage, but through peer pressure and fear it didn't turn out that way.
Now i'm with my fiance and I guess I can say in my heart we're already married...and sex makes me feel closer to him...on the rare occasion that happens...

Adella: Oh cool! My friend Jason and I are planning on having a full out oriental meal at his place, since both of us can cook and what not. We are going to have Chicken Fried rice, Won Ton soup, and the works! It will be awesome!

@Adella - I downloaded my manga long before places like onemanga existed, so it's easy for me to just go back to the old way. Onemanga was just convenient and took up less harddrive space :rofl:
