After Katrina we didn't feel comfortable staying in the trailer. We weren't sure if it was safe or totally undamaged as it seemed...then we started having coyote problems and got over it. Still lived off of MREs for a while. The smell of the hydrogen heaters still makes me cry.

@Adella - Dayum. o.o I wasn't in Louisiana when Katrina hit. I was living up in Rhode Island at the time, so it didn't really affect me that much. My family was all fine. A few friends in New Orleans had damage to their houses, but they didn't live in any of the places that flooded so badly.
