Olea, If you want it to be orange, pit in more red and then a lot more yellow. If you want it to be red red, put in A LOT of red and not so much yellow

tamagoyaki is pretty much a rolled sweet egg omelet. There's usually thin layers and cut into bite size slices and can be eaten with chopsticks. Soy sauce and Nori can be added ^_^
and it is VERY good when made right. |
Does the color get darker when you bake it - or does it stay pretty much true to what you see in the batter?

Alor and Whisper...google it and find an easy recipe. They are incredibly yummy and sweet and very interesting tasting when paired with more soy sauce.

Sorry. I was fixing the color. It gets more pronounced as you bake it.
Usually darker. I make the cake yellow before dying because that makes the colors more brilliant. |
