@Fuyumi: YES! Their stupid even is being stupid. And one of the people that I was rping with has vanished from the face of the earth, so while everyone else is able to move on, my poor character is stuck.

@Cookie: It's being stupid, that's what. xD And the even is messing up for me too. It's not showing me the little items that I need for the mission...instead I have to guess and then be told I don't have enough of something. Pissin' me off I tell you.

@cookie: The following thing isn't bothering me that much. I've handed out a few links and followed a few people and am nearly at my max; which is nice because I don't want to have to do that anymore.
And I don't think it's an adblocker issue. I think it's just Gaia being stupid. It worked fine on my Mom's computer.

@Jellybean - The way the options are to recruit more people to Gaia or BUY followers really ticked me off. It's a Gaia event, yet they're making it into a recruit fest and yet another opportunity to get money out of us! I haven't quite gotten 50 followers yet. It's more labor intensive than I care for *grumbles*

I checked adblock and it doesn't seem to be blocking any of the event images, so I don't know what the deal is.

I got all my followers from the forums. I think everyone is ignoring that and just posting links for people to click on. Although I got really pissed off with that too.

....Great. My husband was stupid enough to leave a cookie sheet in the oven while he was pre-heating it, and my Father-in-law is drunk and thus babbling nonsense in a very loud voice. Apparently weekends have vanished? Something like that? >w<

At least a cookie sheet was all that was left in the oven. You can take that out and set it aside. In our old house, my mom used to keep our bags of bread and pretzels and chips and stuff in the oven. So you always had to check to make sure it was out before turning it on. But every now and then, someone would turn it on and melt the plastic bags and burn stuff in there x_x

Most people will click your link and then just post their own instead of replying to anything. I just made my second thread and got like 3 pages worth of links. On the bright side I got all my followers so it's all good.

Cookie sheets belong in the oven. It could sit there all day with the oven on and nothing would have happened.
