*makes scratchy hands at second commercial* The eeeeviiil.

I'm sorry, but if you're stupid enough to have that much difficulty with a blanket then you deserve to be cold. On second though, I'm not sorry.

@Jellybean - Seriously. Not to mention that if you turn it around it's *gasp* A ROBE! So just think! If you turn a robe backwards it's *Gasp* a snuggie! Or not. Personally, I put a robe on, then a blanket for my feet. Works like a charm! Imagine that.

...Isn't that just like wearing a long robe backwards? -_-; *doesn't see what's so useful about it to spend almost US$20 on*

I usually just drape a blanket around me sideways and then put my arms under it. It's like an open Snuggie. Or I put a sweater on. Imagine that! A sweater!

@Fading - Never underestimate the stupidity of people with money to burn. They will buy anything.

@Jellybean - When we lived in Scotland, the neighbors kept it fairly cold in their houses. They all just wore sweaters around the house. When they could come to our house, they thought the thermosate was broken because it was so warm in the house. They were just used to being frugal with their heat.

@Fading: That's what I thought.

@Cookie: My Mother next turned the heater past 60 in the winter, sometimes 65. Her philosophy was "Put on a sweater if you're cold! It's winter, that's what they're made for!"
Then you have my in-laws who leave the front door open...WTF?!

@Jellybean - I never touch the heater around here. I'm upstairs, it's always warmer up here anyway. I have two really nice sweaters, a robe, socks, slippers, might as well use them! When I lived at my grandparent's house, they'd have it so hot! But they're both in their 80s now, so its understandable why they'd want it warm, but still, I was baking x_X

@Cookie: My friends house was like that. It was so hot in there it might as well have been the middle of July. My glasses would always steam up for the first minute.

@Jellybean - Well, it was an old house and the heaters were these weird things that ran along one wall and hot water went through them, that was what heated the house. My bed was against the wall, so, lucky me, I roasted at night in the winter. To the point that I would actually crack open a window to let the snowy air in to cool me off o.o

*is distracted by the new chapters released on Onemanga XD;;*

It's still very hot here. I'm not wearing all that much and I'm still steaming. D:

@Cookie: The heater in my Grandmothers apartment in Germany used to be heated like that. I miss that kind of heat to be honest.

@Fadig: Onemanga? It's still warm where you are?! That's it, I'm moving. xD *hunts down Fading*

@Fading - What are you reading? And don't mind us, feel free to take off your clothes >=D

@Jellybean - It was nice. Rising up from the floor instead of trying to be forced out of a vent in the ceiling. ^_^; Considering that heat rises, that's pretty counter-productive.

@Jelly: Onemanga's this site where you can read free manga online ^_^

lol, You're welcome here. I'll switch with you XD

@Cookie: Bleach, One Piece, and Naruto. Naruto is sucking monkey ****s lately. It's gone totally downhill, all the way into the deepest pits of hell. :|

@Fading - I heard that Naruto took a turn for fail. I haven't read Bleach or Naruto in ages. I haven't read One Piece in hundreds of years XD

I'm mostly following Skip Beat and Beezelbub. That one's a funny one.

@Fading: Ooh, kinda like Mangafox? *goes over to check it out*

@Cookie: I never did understand the point of heat vents in the ceiling. There is one right above my head at my desk and I was like "What the hell is this supposed to do again?

I never got into Bleach, One Piece or Naruto. Guess I'm not really missing out on anything, huh? xD

@Cookie: Yeah. But that last chapter of Naruto was like, a total EPIC fail. I haven't seen something fail so horribly in many, many years. -_- I don't think I'll be going back and reading it anymore.

Skip Beat is awesome! Beezelbub's pretty nice too, but it doesn't really interest me all that much D: It's not that funny to me...but baby Beel is pretty cute XD

@Jelly: Yeah, kind of like Mangafox I guess, though since I've never been to Mangafox before I can't really compare ^_^;

One Piece is my all-time favorite at the moment. <333

@Jellybean - Onemanga is exactly like mangafox, but less titles. I think Mangafox also has forums? Oddly, I still prefer onemanga to mangafox.

Anyway, it's because they combine air and heating into one unit. It's easier to vent them out of the ceiling than run them under the floor.

They can call be fun manga, but at a point, they all get too long. It depends on if you like them enough to stick with them through some of their low points.

@Fading - I think a lot of people felt that way. A few of my friends blogged about the fail.

I looooove Skip Beat :heart: And Beezlebub just amuses me. It's stereotypical as far as shounen fighting manga formulas go but it hasn't gotten to the point where I'm bored with it.

Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one that felt it was made up of Fail this week. XD;

I LOVE Skip Beat. It's one of the rare shoujo mangas that I've read and LOVED. Most of them were so cliche that I don't even bother, but Skip Beat is just awesome <33

Yeah. I felt that Beezlebub was rather sterotypically Jump, but for the moment it hasn't really bored me to the point of dropping it yet.

Do you read Defense Devil?

@Fading - You are not alone in your loathing.

I actually saw the anime of Skip Beat first. I thought it was stereotypical shoujo junk, but they promised a twist and I actually loved it and started devouring the manga. :D I'm just sad that they only took the anime up to that one point. A second season would be so nice!

I haven't read Defense Devil. I'm only reading Beezlebub and Skip Beat at the moment.

I think the manga was introduced to me by some classmates in high school who promised me that it was 'totally worth reading'. At first I wasn't interested because the chapters I saw in the Shoujo magazines...well, the drawing style wasn't the kind I liked. But then after picking up the first volume and reading it, I totally got obsessed with it. XD Beagle is so funny. :P

Ahh. I'm reading a ton...Wild Life, Beezlebub, One Piece, Naruto, Claymore, Bleach, Skip Beat, Defense Devil, Deadman Wonderland, etc. etc...XD;;

*laughs at Jellybean*

I just haven't been reading as much manga as I used to, nor have I been watching as much anime. I used to devour it. And now I'm watching more crime dramas on tv than anime.

@Jelly: They might not suit your tastes though o.o;; But have fun reading XD; I'd suggest Ito Junji's manga too, though they're a bit more on the horror side, and Franken Fran's nice too...but the updates are slow as hell. Hunter x Hunter used to be my top favorite, but the mangaka enjoys running off onto long-term hiatuses waaay too often. (his longest record was nearly a year and a half)

@Cookie: I don't watch anime because of the fillers...mangas are the best, IMHO XD Now if only the mangakas can draw at the speed of light...o 3o;;

@Fading: I'll try everything and anything once. xD
